Web Browsers
mEgo currently supports Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 3. If you need to download either of these, go to:

Pop-ups
If your browser's pop-up blocker is turned on, please add mEgo.com to the list of exceptions in your browser or in any integrated 3rd-party security software you may have installed. Alternately, you can follow your browser's instructions for enabling pop-ups on an as-needed basis.

Flash
For mEgo to perform properly, you must have Adobe Flash Player 9 installed. Visit http://www.adobe.com/ and click the Get Adobe Flash Player button to get the most current version.

Operating System
If you are on a PC, please use Microsoft Windows XP SP2. If you do not have the most recent Service Pack (SP) for Windows XP, you can find out more about downloading and installing it here:http://support.microsoft.com/windowsxpsp2 .

Display / Screen Resolution
For optimal performance, set your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels or more (1280 x 1024 and up). To quickly determine your current setting, visit http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/. If you do not know how to change this option, please consult the 'screen resolution' topic in your operating system's help module.
